Position # 1 -- Tree Sales - Project Manager
Our company is expanding, but we haven't reached the point where this position is full-time, therefore; we are looking for someone who would be interested in working with us on a flex-time basis, 1 - 4 days per week, with a lower time demand in the off season and higher time demand in season. This position could transition to full-time in the future.
This position would include:
- Landscape sales consisting of tree installations or transplantations
- Determining large equipment access onto potential jobsites (tree spades, backhoes or cranes) for tree moving
- Sketch drawings of proposed installations (can be rough drawings, another staff member can finesse)
- Maintaining knowledge of inventory in nursery fields
- Taking digital pictures of inventory as needed
- Showing clients inventory in nursery fields or meeting with clients regarding tree moving
- Ensuring projects are completed in timely manner
- Client communications
You would be able to set your own hours based on project demands. A company vehicle would be available to perform work-related travel. A company cell phone would be provided.
Our office is located 2 miles from Doylestown; however, our company covers all of SE Penna., all of NJ and occasionally works in NY, CT and MD.

CDL Driver / Tree Spade Operator
Work with the largest! The largest trees, that is....
Transplant and install large trees on projects utilizing truck-mounted tree spades or supervise crane installations. Load large trees for tractor trailer shipment out of state. Greenwoods is one of the premiere tree moving companies in North America, moving hundreds of trees per year.
YOU MUST have a CDL Class A or B with no major incidents on your driving record in the past 3 years, this is a requirement of our insurer. In addition, YOU MUST be able to climb ladders to 14' in height and have good tensile arm strength to assist in the tie-downs of large trees for shipment.
- Knowledge of tree species is preferred, but not necessary.
- Experience in operating any kind of hydraulic or other landscaping / construction equipment is preferred, but not necessary.
